By purchasing or subscribing to the GPOS System, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:
No Refunds
All payments made to GPOS System are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital software products, cloud services, software licenses, implementation, customization, support, and related services, we do not provide refunds, either partial or full, after payment has been successfully processed.
Free Trial and Evaluation
Customers are encouraged to evaluate GPOS System through available demonstrations, consultations, or trial versions before making a purchase decision. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the software and services meet your business requirements.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid for the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or in cases where GPOSS determines, at its sole discretion, that a billing error has occurred.
