How to Delete a Product Stock Transfer in GPOS

This tutorial will guide you through the step-by-step process of deleting a stock transfer record in GPOS while keeping your inventory data consistent.


🛠️ Why You Might Need to Delete a Stock Transfer

  • Wrong source or destination warehouse was selected

  • Incorrect quantity was transferred

  • Duplicate stock transfer entry was created

  • Test or trial transfer needs to be removed


📋 Steps to Delete a Stock Transfer in GPOS

✅ Step 1: Go to the Stock Transfer List

  1. Log in to your GPOS dashboard.

  2. From the side menu, navigate to the “Transfer” module.

  3. Click on “Stock Transfer List” to view all transfer records.

✅ Step 2: Search and Select the Stock Transfer

  1. Use filters to find the stock transfer you want to manage.

  2. You can search by Transfer ID, Product Name, Source Location, Destination Location, or Date.

  3. Once found, select the desired stock transfer entry.

✅ Step 3: Choose an Action (View / Edit / Delete)

  • View → To check transfer details without making changes.

  • Edit → To correct transfer information (if allowed by permissions).

  • Delete → To permanently remove the transfer record.
