How to Edit a Quotation in GPOS
This tutorial will guide you through the process of editing a saved quotation in GPOS while keeping the original quotation ID unchanged
🛠️ Why You Might Need to Edit a Quotation

Customer requested a change in product quantity or items

Discount needs to be updated or corrected

Pricing group (e.g., Silver, Gold) has changed

Shipment details or customer information needs updating
📋 Steps to Edit a Quotation in GPOS
✅ Step 1: Go to the Quotation List

Log in to your GPOS dashboard.

From the side menu, navigate to “Quotation Management.”

Click on “Quotation List.”
✅ Step 2: Search and Select the Quotation

Use filters to find the quotation you want to edit.

You can search by Quotation ID, Customer Name, or Date.

Select the quotation you wish to modify.
✅ Step 3: Click on “Edit Quotation”

After selecting the quotation, click on the “Edit” option.

The quotation will open in editable mode with details like:

Quotation ID

Date

Sales Account / Sales Ledger Account

Price Group (e.g., Silver, Gold)

Update customer details (name, address, contact)

Modify product list:

Search product by name or code

Adjust Quantity, Unit, Unit Price, or Discount

Enter IMEI/Serial No. or other product info

Shipment Address, Shipment Status, Delivered To

The original Quotation ID will remain the same.

You can also click “Print” to generate an A4 quotation copy for the customer.
