How to Edit a Customer in GPOS

📋 Steps to Edit a Customer in GPOS

✅ Step 1: Go to the Customer List From Contact

  1. Log in to your GPOS dashboard.

  2. From the side menu, navigate to the “Customers” module.

  3. Click on “Customer List” to see all registered customers.

✅ Step 2: Search and Select the Customer

  1. Use the search bar to find the customer you want to edit.

  2. You can search by name, phone number, or email.

  3. Select the customer record from the list.

✅ Step 3: Click on “Edit Customer”

  1. Once the customer record is selected, click the “Action” button.

  2. Select “Edit“.
  3. The customer’s details will open in editable mode.

  • Correct name spelling
