How to Delete a Quotation in GPOS

This tutorial will guide you through the process of deleting a quotation in GPOS.

  • The quotation was created by mistake

📋 Steps to Delete a Quotation in GPOS

✅ Step 1: Go to Quotation List

  1. Log in to your GPOS dashboard.

  2. From the side menu, navigate to the “Order” module.

  3. Click on “Quotation List” to view all existing quotations.

✅ Step 2: Search for the Quotation

  1. Use the filters to locate the quotation you want to delete.

  2. Search by Quotation ID, Customer Name, or Date.

  3. Select the specific quotation from the list.

✅ Step 3: Open the Quotation

  1. Click on the Quotation you want to manage.

  2. Review the quotation details:

    • Customer

    • Quotation ID

    • Products and quantities

    • Prices, discounts, and taxes

    • Shipment details (if any)

    • Total amount

  1. Click the “Delete” button.
