📋 Steps to Add a Shift in GPOS
✅ Step 1: Go to the Shift Management Screen
Log in to your GPOS dashboard.
From the side menu, navigate to the “HR/Employee” module.
Click on “Shift Management” or “Add Shift.”
✅ Step 2: Enter Shift Name
In the Shift Name * field, type the name of the shift.
Example: Morning Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift.
This name will help you identify and assign shifts easily.
✅ Step 3: Set Start Time
In the Start Time * field, select the time when the shift begins.
Example: 09:00 AM for Morning Shift.
✅ Step 4: Set End Time
In the End Time * field, select the time when the shift ends.
Example: 06:00 PM for Morning Shift.

After filling in all required fields, review the details.
Click the “Save” button to create the shift.
The new shift will now appear in your Shift List for assignment.

Fields marked with * (Shift Name, Start Time, End Time) are mandatory.

Shifts can be later edited or deleted if needed.
