📋 Steps to Check Supplier Ledger in GPOS

✅ Step 1: Go to the Supplier Module

  1. Log in to your GPOS dashboard.

  2. From the side menu, navigate to the “contact” section.

  3. Click on “Supplier List” to view all registered suppliers.

✅ Step 2: Search and Select the Supplier

  1. Use the search box to find the supplier by name, company, or contact number.

  2. Click on the supplier’s name to open their profile.

  1. Inside the supplier profile, locate the “Ledger” or “View Ledger” option.

  2. Click to open the detailed ledger report.
